Chemical Bond

The coating has been scientifically formulated to bond to the surface of your car’s paintwork. The chemical bond makes the coating the active surface of the car, shielding it from UV, dirt, acid rain and detergent.

Ceramic Protection

Platinum Crystal Coat forms an ultra -durable, high-gloss, slick-to-touch, chemically bonding, inorganic layer of 9h optically clear ceramic. This ceramic protection actively reduces the number of swirls in your car’s paintwork, retaining its candy-like gloss, and as good as new looks, for longer.

Contaminant Defence

Its highly dense layer is resistant to chemicals from pH2 – pH12. This makes contaminants such as tree sap, tar and hard water spots easier to remove.

Boost The Beading?

Everyone loves to see a surface covered in water breads, but there are drawbacks. If the water droplets are from a hard water source, the water will contain a high level of total dissolved solids. This means, when the water evaporates, unsightly water spots will remain. Platinum Crystal Coat is designed to minimise this issue by being less hydrophobic than products aimed at the more specialist ‘detailer’ market.

But if you want to add more hydrophobic function to your Platinum protected car, you can do so in two ways:

Give EXO Ultra Durable Hydrophobic Coating a try. This chemically bonding coating will give up to 24 months protection. You can apply this treatment yourself (must be kept indoors for 12 hours after treatment), or have it applied by your nearest Accredited Detailer

Try using C2 Liquid Crystal – you will find this product in your complimentary Platinum Maintenance Kit – this wipe-on, wipe-off product gives up to 6 months water and dirt repellency.
